Dennis M. Hall, 54, of Indianapolis, died on Tuesday, September 9, 2008. He was born on December 19, 1953 to Fred W. and Helen G. Donahue Hall. He was employed as a computer programmer for Blue Cross/Shield and was a member of the USGA and PGA of America. He enjoyed photography and his passion was golfing. Survivors include his father, his beloved companion: Carol S. Norris, his sister: Cindy (Joe) Koltcz, nephew: David, niece: Sarah, 2 grand nieces: Madison, Hailey, 2 grand nephews: Jullian and Peyton. He was preceded in death by his mother and his nephew, Michael. Funeral visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 PM, on Friday, September 12, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S.
