Diane Louise Rugenstein Hatley, 68, of Cloverdale, passed away February 26, 2013. The daughter of Evans Warren and Frieda Helene Jones Rugenstein, Diane was born December 1, 1944 in Indianapolis.

Diane was a child caregiver for many years. She was a member of Monrovia Christian Church, like NASCAR and was an avid Purdue University fan.

Funeral services will be conducted 7:00 p.m. March 2, 2013 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood. Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. to service time. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. March 4, 2013 at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.

Diane is survived by daughter, Paula J. (Travis) Shadwick of Cloverdale; sister, Anita S. (Michael) Hedrick of Danville; brothers, David L. (Laurie) Rugenstein of Boulder, Colorado and Walter T. Rugenstein of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Kali Dawn, Seth Nathaniel and Courtney Rose Shadwick, all of Cloverdale. Besides her parents, Diane was preceded in death by her husband, Paul J. Hatley; daughter, Beverly Dawn Hatley and brother, "Sonny" Evans Hatley, Jr.
