Delores Wallace passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025 at the age of 92 years old. Delores was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to her parents Glen Elmer Nibarger and Christina Pearl Herald Nibarger. She attended Manual High School.

Delores loved life and her family. She enjoyed reading, puzzles, watching old movies and watching the Houston Astros play. She also loved gardening, crocheting and needle point. Each of her great-grandchildren received a special crocheted baby blanket when they were born and she also crocheted lap afghans for the residents of a local nursing home. During her career she worked as a manager of several apartment complexes and retired from Advanced Screening Research as an office manager after 23 years of service

Delores is survived by her children, Michael Brian Ray of Tomball, Texas (Janet), Debbie Jane Reynolds of Spring, Texas, and Joseph Paul Ray of Phoenix, Arizona (Barbara); her grandchildren: Sean M. Ray, Amanda L. O'Dowd, Stacey M. Vaglienty, and Micah B. McGhee; great-grandchildren: Jackson Ray, Hudson Ray, Scarlett O'Dowd, Declan O'Dowd, Kian O'Dowd, Elise Vaglienty, Charlie Vaglienty, Quinn Vaglienty, Henry McGhee and Molly McGhee; her siblings: Barbara Cavness, Larry Nibarger, and Carolyn Winkler; her nieces: Cindy Rose, Nicole Scott, and Vicky Garrett; and her nephews: Ray Eshenour, Ken Winkler and Michael Winkler.

Delores is preceded in death by her parents and her nephew, Randy Nibarger.

The Celebration of Life for Delores will be on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at 1:00. Burial will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
