Donald E. Utterback Sr., 78, passed away at his home October 31, 2008 surrounded by his loving family. He was born August 26, 1930 to Ralph and Clara Northern Utterback who preceded him in death. On January 13, 1954 Donald married Helen Wilson who survives. Besides Helen, he is survived by his son, Donald (Terri) Utterback, Jr.; daughter, Dena (Paul) Raber, all of Greenwood; Four grandsons, Brian Utterback of Florida, Mathew Raber of Indianapolis, Joseph and Noah Raber of Greenwood; one granddaughter, Teresa (Jesse) Goode of Indianapolis; five great grandsons; sister, Louise Hodge and a dog named Bo. Besides his parents, Donald was preceded in death by 2 brothers, and 9 sisters. Don was a veteran of the Korean War, worked in construction for several years as well as being an antique car enthusiast and belonged to several car clubs in Florida and Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to Americare Hospice of Johnson County.
