Donna Sebastian, 67, of Indianapolis passed away March 19, 2020.  She was born in Indianapolis to the late Irene and Tom Cook.  Donna is survived by her daughter Dorene Sebastian; son Larry (Kristi) Sebastian; ex husband of 25 years Larry Sebastian, Sr.; brothers Jim (Sarah) Cook, and Darryl Cook; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her daughter Sara Sebastian and brother Tom Cook.

Donna was a retired nurse and devoted mother.  Her son remembers with pride the times she help save patients' lives.

Private family services will be held Monday, March 23, ^rd with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Greenwood, IN.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Indy Humane Society 7929 N. Michigan Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46268.
