Donna J. Sullivan Fields 85, of Mooresville IN, passed away July 25, 2019. She was born in Indianapolis to the late James and Margaret Sullivan. Donna is survived by her loving husband of 66 years Robert Fields; children Kathy Fields, and Wesley (Julie) Fields; 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; Sister Caroline Noble.  She was preceded in death by her daughter Tammy Jo Fields.

Visitation will be held Monday July 29, 2019 from 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1977 S. State Rd. 135 Greenwood, Indiana 46143.Graveside Services will be held at Noon July 29 ^th in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
