Dorothy M. Coppess, 82, of Ft. Lauderdale , FL. Formerly of Indianapolis passed away on February 27, 2011. She was born in Jackson , KY to the late Langley and Carrie Miller. Dorothy was a homemaker who loved spending time with her family. Preceding her in death was her husband, Marion L. Coppess, Sr.; son Mario Speller (Rose), son in law, William Beasley; four grandchildren Survivors include two sons, Marion Ray Coppess, David (Leah) Coppess; five daughters, Dottie Stamm (Ozzie), Betty Beasley, Bobbi Jo Hall (Robert), Susie Davis (Bill), Haley Belcher (Mike), one sister, Gale Borders, twenty-eight grandchildren, fourty-three great grandchildren, thirty-one great-great grandchildren. Family and friends will gather in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Rd. 135 Greenwood , IN 46143 on Sunday, March 6, 2011 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM. A service will follow on Monday, March 7, 2011 at 11:00 AM also at the funeral home. Interment in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens .
