Dorothy J. Oliver, 87 of Anderson passed away October 13, 2012.
She was born April 20, 1925 in Park City, Kentucky to the late John F. and Clara (Harlow) Smith.
She married Carlton S. Oliver in 1948 in Louisville, Kentucky. He preceded her in death in 2001.
Dorothy worked as a Hairdresser in the south side Indianapolis area for 35 years. She was a member of the Huntsville Community Church.
Survivors are; sons, Carlton S. Oliver II, John E. Oliver, daughters Jeannine C. Perdue, Regina K. Griggs, and Carla J. Immel, eight Grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and one great- great grandson. Also preceding her in death are nine brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be Thursday October 18, 2012, 2:00 PM At Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Greenwood, In. Friends may call from 12:00 PM until time of service at the funeral home.
