Mr. Douglas Brent Todd, Indianapolis, passed away on the early morning of Saturday, December 12, 2020. He was 86. Doug was born June 9, 1934 in Indianapolis, Indiana, a son of the late Byron D. Todd and Elisabeth (Wilson) Burford.

Doug proudly served his country in the United Sates Navy and had worked all of his life and retired from Village Pantry as a manager. He spent his leisure time watching television and working in his yard. He also enjoyed reading the newspaper and doing the puzzles. He especially enjoyed vacationing in Florida and watching the Colts and Pacers play.

Doug is survived by his loving wife, Sally (Taylor) Todd; his children, Robert Todd and Theresa (George) Butler; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in passing by a son, Ronald Todd and a granddaughter, Trisha Todd.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00pm, Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with Pastor Ron Whitlock officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 11:00am until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
