Doy C. Mangum, 87 of Indianapolis passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023. He was born to the late John Mangum and Hortense Glover Mangum.

Doy worked for many years with WAUSAU Insurance where he worked in the Claims Department.  He was a veteran of the United States AirForce. Doy served during the Korean War.

Doy leaves behind to cherish his memory son Stephen Mangum; four grandchildren and two brothers. He is preceded in death by his wife Ellen Mangum.

Visitation will be Friday, July 21, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the time of service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will begin at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Doy will be laid to rest next to his wife Ellen at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
