Daniel "Ed" Pugh, 63 of Greenwood, passed away on Monday April 4, 2022. He was born to Fenton and Lela Pugh.
Ed is survived by his life partner Debbie King; daughter Amber King; dogs Mandy & Gracie; mother Lela Pugh; siblings John, Patty, Dianne, Terry; and four granddogs. He was proceeded in death by his father Fenton, and a sister Barb.
Ed was a proud Navy Veteran on the Fire and Rescue Team stationed in Bermuda.
He enjoyed his job driving trucks.
He loved Harleys, and rode until he couldn't. It was a hobby he passed on to his daughter, despite Debbie being less than thrilled about it.
Ed never met a stranger, and we can't forget his love for animals. Just a couple weeks ago he stopped on the interstate on his way down to Evansville to rescue two dogs and took them to a local shelter.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at Noon at the funeral home. Ed will be laid to rest with full military honors at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
