Elijah Preston Cummins passed July 1, 2019. He is survived by his mother Amanda Kleiber; father Bradley Cummins; sisters Bethany Kleiber, and Lauren Kleiber; Grandparents Stephen and Lesley Montel, and Robert and Rose Cummins.

Visitation will be held Friday July 19th from Noon-1:00 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home 1977 S. State Rd. 135, Greenwood, Indiana. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM in the funeral home. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
