Elizabeth G. Lay, age 84, of Greenwood, passed away May 10, 2017. The daughter of Jean and Marie Labesque Lartrgue, Elizabeth was born July 13, 1932 in Captiuex, France.

A homemaker, she was a member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading and gardening.

Elizabeth is survived by daughter, Joanne (Pat) Yette of Greenwood and sons, John Colgan and Dominique (Lorene) Colgan, both of Indianapolis; 10 grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, H. Kermit Lay.

Services 12:00 p.m. May 19, 2017 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood. Friends may call 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. May 19th at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
