Elmer Cox, 79, of Indianapolis, died Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at the Waters of Indianapolis. He was born on December 9, 1928. He had been employed at Loyal Manufacturing as a brush grinder. His hobbies included playing bingo, going to flea markets and watching the good ole television shows (Andy Griffith, Beverly Hillbillies, Sanford & Son, etc). He is survived by three sisters, a host of nieces and nephews and grieving friends, the Atwood Family. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Friday, September 19, 2008 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. St. Rd. 135, Greenwood, IN. Visitation will be on Thursday, from 4:00 - 8:00 PM.
