Elsie Marie Bush, 86, of Indianapolis, passed away June 30, 2015. The daughter of Perry and Ida E. Butcher Starcher, Elsie was born June 10, 1929 in Vadis, West Virginia.

She was a member of Bethany Wesleyan Church and was a mail clerk with Lane Bryant. She enjoyed gardening and sewing, especially in making quilts. Elsie loved spending time with her family.

Elsie is survived by sons, Herbert Starcher, David (Michelle Doyon) Bush, Donald (Barbara) Bush and Bill (Evelyn) Bush; brother, Raymond Starcher; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Loy and brothers, Charles and Bill Starcher.

Services 11:30 a.m. July 3, 2015 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, where friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Entombment: Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
