Ernest Theodore "Ernie" Waterman, age 63 of Indianapolis, died at his residence, Saturday, September 19, 2009. He was the son of William and Leozma (Williamson) Waterman. He and his wife, Pat, had been best friends for 22 years. Ernie has worked the last 19 years at Havell''s SLI Lighting as a Warehouse Manager. He loved the Colts, Indiana Fever, Girls High School Basketball and IU Basketball. He especially loved spending time with his grandkids. He is survived by his wife Pat, son Ernie (Toniya) Waterman and daughter Tricia (Aaron) Evans; Stepson Chad (Rachael) Mann and stepdaughter Dawn Hardcastle. Ernie also has one brother, Russell Waterman, a granddaughter Megan Deise and 8 other grandchildren surviving. Ernie was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Billy Waterman. A memorial service will be held at 6:30pm Wednesday, September 23rd at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, IN.
