Eula Mae Wencke, 85, of Mays, Indiana, formerly of Greenwood, passed away March 29, 2017. The daughter of Tim and Kitty Bryant Cravens, Eula Mae was born June 18, 1931 in Russell Springs, Kentucky.

Eula Mae enjoyed quilting and family, especially her grandchildren, were her pride and joy. A waitress, she retired from F. W. Woolworth in 1986 after 35 years of service.

Eula Mae is survived by daughter, Debra K. (Mike) Luedeman of Indianapolis; sons, Darrell W. (Tracy) Wencke of Mays and Dale A. Wencke of Seattle, WA; sister, Anne (L.B.) Conover of Russell Springs, Kentucky; grandchildren, Stephen (Heather) Luedeman, Chad Luedeman, Nicholas Luedeman and Ben Wencke; great-granddaughter, Olivia Luedeman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wencke; son, Dennis Wencke; sister, Sarah Moss and brothers, Logan Cravens, Paul Cravens, Charles Cravens, George Cravens and Sam Cravens.

Funeral services 12:00 p.m. April 4, 2017 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call from 10:00 a.m. to service time. A private entombment will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
