Fern Dell (Bain) Floyd, 94 of Indianapolis passed away peacefully July 5, 2020.  She was born September 8, 1925.

Fern married the love of her life, Walter (Bunny) Floyd, March 18, 1950.   She retired from L.S. Ayres and she enjoyed quilting in her retirement.  Fern was a devoted Christian who shared her faith with everyone.  Above all, she loved her family dearly.

Fern is survived by her daughter, Karen (Jeff) Copeland.  Grandchildren: Kellie Quinette Templin, Clinton (Jenny) Quinnette, Michelle (Andre) Johnson, Derek (Nikki) Copeland.  Great grandchildren, Braeden, Amaya, Austin, Adam, Conner, Aleya, Alex and Ethan.  She was loved by many nieces and nephews.  Two bonus daughters (Karen's childhood friends) Janet Dye-Riddle and Leann Black-Peyton.  Fern will be missed by many.

In addition to her parents and husband, Fern was preceded in death by her daughters, Betty Fowler and Carla Elaine Floyd along with all of her brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 10 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood, IN  46143.  Celebration of her life will follow at 1:00 pm, also at Forest Lawn.  Memorial contributions can be made to: Wellspring Christian Church, 3256 South County Road 725E, Coatesville, IN 46121.
