Frances Winger, 83, Romney, Indiana passed away June 21, 2007. She was born March 14, 1924 to Homer and Jane Browning, who have preceded her in death. Frances was also preceded in death by her daughter, Joyce Foy. Frances attended the church of the Nazarene in Bloomington. Frances is survived by her husband Alvia Winger, six step children; Carolyn Smith, Marilyn Niles, Nancy Welches, Peggy Winger, Ronald Winger, and Marvin Winger, niece; Donna Moulder, nephew; Ed Prosser, many nieces and nephews from the families of Prosser and Purkhiser and Robertson. Visitation will be Monday June 25, 2007 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Rd. 135, Greenwood, IN. Services will be Monday June 25, 2007 at 2:00 pm.
