Frank Peter Kovatch, age 68, of Franklin, Indiana, passed away September 11, 2017. The son of Peter and Julia Fitzer Kovatch, Frank was born December 8, 1948 in Port Huron, Michigan.

After 34 years, he retired from Allison Transmission as an assembler. In his spare time, he like working on cars and loved animals.

Frank is survived by his wife, Rhea Kaye Parsons Kovatch of Franklin; Kyle B. and Sean M. Kovatch, both of Franklin. In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by brothers, Ron and Tim Kovatch and sister, Jeanette Cameron.

Funeral services 2:00 p.m. September 15, 2017 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood. Friends may call starting at 12:00 noon. Burial at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
