Frank John Riggs, 73, of Indianapolis, passed away September 20, 2013. The son of Billie Riggs and Ruby Corley, Frank was born April 19, 1940 in Dyersburg, Tennessee.

A systems analyst/data processing manager with Balkamp, he retired in 2005 after 30 years.

Survivors include his wife, Linda S. Mosley Riggs of Indianapolis, whom he married on July 21, 1979; son, Jamie (Keri) Pena of Indianapolis; daughters, Kimberly Eversole of Clearwater, Florida, Kelly (Tim) Miller of Clearwater, Florida, Kristine Passow of Indianapolis, Karry Riggs of Clearwater, Florida and Mary (Clay) Leiber of Indianapolis; sister, Jewel Bunch of Indianapolis; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. September 23, 2013 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. September 22, 2013 at the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
