Frieda C. Ford Puckett, 92, of Greenwood, passed away December 14, 2012. She was born October 9, 1920 in Indiana.

Frieda worked in the linen and china departments at Wm. C. Blocks Co. She was a member of the Bargersville Christian Church and the Order of Eastern Star.

Services 11:00 a.m. December 19, 2012 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. December 18, 2012. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Greenwood.

Frieda is survived by her daughter, Nancy J. Prather; grandchildren, Angela Retherford, Nick Prather, Kelly Pledger and Jamie Rome; great-grandchildren, Liza and Madeline Retherford, Ty, Max and Mya Pledger, Caleb Hall and Ashlynn Slinkard. Frieda was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy; son, Stan; brother, Maurice Ford and sisters, Lavon Mathena and Vera Ferguson.
