Gladys Margaret Browning Morton Johnson, age 85, of Indianapolis, Indiana, went to be with the Lord on January 23, 2020.  She was born on April 15, 1934 to the late Emerson Browning and the late Susie (Dremmlis) Browning of Clay, W.V.  Gladys was a longtime member of the Nazarene Church for over 60 years.  Gladys retired from P.R. Mallory after 20 years of service.  Gladys was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel F. Johnson; parents, Emerson and Susie Browning; daughter, Mary Sue Taylor; sisters Marie Smith, Ruby Sheldon, Jane Kelley, Freda James, and Dolly White; brothers, Johnnie, Perry, George, and Oliver Browning.  Left to Cherish her memories are children, Carol (Dave) Chips, George (Anita) Morton, Jr., Ronald (Stacey) Morton; son-in-law Gaylord Taylor; sister Jean White; brother, Paul Browning; 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
