Glenda F. Ragsdale, 62 of Avon, passed away Saturday, January 20, 2007, after a short illness. She was born November 29, 1944, in Indianapolis to Clifford Earl Yates and Jane Benner. She is preceded in death by her parents. She was a graduate of Marion College School of Nursing and was a Registered Nurse in PICU at Wishard Hospital. She is survived by one son: John Scott Ragsdale of Indianapolis; two daughters: Jill Selvia of Avon and Angela Stevens of Indianapolis; one sister: Janelle Gaither of Franklin. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 28, 2007, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood, Indiana 46143, (317) 535-9003. There will be no funeral services. Friends may make a donation to the American Cancer Society if they so desire.
