Mrs. Gloria Jean 'Sally' Windisch, Greenwood, passed away on the early morning of Thursday, November 18, 2021. She was 90. Gloria was born January 4, 1931 in Marion, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Willie Ford and Lucie Jane (Smith) Abrams.

Gloria had been employed at Western Electric in production and retired in 1985 after more than 30 years of service. She enjoyed playing golf and had been a member of the Women's Leagues at Smock Golf Course for a number of years.

Gloria spent much of her leisure time reading, doing crossword puzzles and playing Euchre with her friends. She also enjoyed country music, especially that of Blake Shelton and taking trips with Ambassadair. She also enjoyed watching the Hallmark Channel as well as the Indianapolis Colts. Gloria got much pleasure from listening to her grandson's football games at Northwestern Oklahoma State University. She was a 50-year member of the Greenwood Christian Church.

Gloria is survived by her children, Paula Creg and Mark Windisch; a step-son, Dan Dyer; her grandchildren, John (Sherry) Wilson and Rebecca (Marcus) Darbonne  her great-grandchildren, Ashley (Alex) Dummer, Dalton (Rikkie) DuBois, Emily Wilson and Sam Gentry; as well as a brother, Salon (Barbara) Abrams.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in passing by her husband, Lloyd Paul Windisch, whom she's been married to for 47 years, a son, Steve Windisch and brothers, Julius Abrams and Bill Abrams.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 pm, Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood with Pastor Perry Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 7:00 pm, Monday, November 22, 2021 at the funeral home.
