Grace C. Cartwright, 93, of Greenwood, IN passed away Monday March 4, 2019.

She was born in Cicero, Illinois to the late James and Florence Cernohouz, and she was the youngest of 10 children. Grace Married Warren H. Cartwright on August 31, 1946 in Berwyn, Illinois.

She is survived by her son, Timothy W (Pamela) Cartwright; daughters, Carol J. Cartwright and Amy C. (Glen) Johnson; 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Grace was preceded in death by her husband, Warren H. Cartwright and daughter, Susan R. Miller.

Grace graduated from J. S. Morton High School and Junior College. Grace was a Christian and wonderful homemaker, she was employed as an executive assistant for Peoples Drug Stores after raising her four children. Grace loved to bake, sing in the Church Choir, was an avid bowler and also enjoyed spending time with her family.

Pastor Bob Newlin will conduct a Funeral Service on Sunday, March 10th at 4:00 PM at Smith Valley Baptist Church, 4682 W. Smith Valley Rd. Greenwood, IN 46142 with visitation at the church from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Burial will be held Monday, March 11th at 11:00 AM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Smith Valley Baptist Church.
