Grace M. Knight, age 93, of Indianapolis, passed away Monday, April 27 2015. She was born June 8, 1921 in Anderson, AL to W. Frank and Hugh (McCafferty) Nunley. Grace married James C. Knight on April 2, 1938 in Alabama and they enjoyed their 72 years together until his passing on July 11, 2011 Grace loved to sew, quilt, and collect dolls. She attended Daily Walk Christian Church. She will be very missed by all who know and love her.

Grace is survived by her sons, James (Thelma) Knight, William R. "Bob" (Judy) Knight; daughters, Mary (Dennis) Walden and Claudell (Bill) Tucker; brothers, Vernon (Dorothy), Hollis (Jean), Douglas Nunley; sisters, Claudy Nunley, Syble Rogers, Patricia Cates, Shirley (Hulon) Burbank, and Petronell (Lloyd) Cox; 17 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Jerry W. Knight; brothers, Franklin and Woodrow; sister, Palmer Price.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with burial to follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor''s choice.
