Grant Norris , 2 7, of Mascoutah, Illinois and Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on May 5 , 2021 . He was born in Bitburg, Germany on December 20, 1993. He graduated from Franklin Central High School in 2012.

He enjoyed sports, playing games, working out, c amping , and swimming. He was a movie buff and had a great deal of knowledge about movies and actors. Grant had compassion for others and would give the shirt off his back to a total stranger. He had a great sense of humor and loved making people laugh.

He is survived by his father, Greg Norris; his mother, Celia Von Der Linden; siblings, Makenzie ( Daniel ) Moore, Emily Norris , and step-brother Devon Walker; grandmother, Brenda Cook; grandfather, Larry Norris Sr.; grandmother, Amparo Lewis; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Grant was preceded in death by his grandfather, Larry Lewis; and great grandparents, Wilbur and Jeannie Norris.

Visitation and funeral services will be held between 2 – 6 pm, Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135, Greenwood.
