Gregory Alan Ballinger passed away February 3, 2023. He was born on March 24, 1960, to Ernest and Nancy Ballinger in Moline, Illinois.  Greg was a graduate of the class of 1978 of Greenwood High School, Greenwood, Indiana. Greg attended college classes at I.U.P.U.I. He held many positions of employment throughout his life, as a draftsman and working alongside his father at Ballinger & Associates. His last career was working in the biking industry with the Revard's at The Bike Line and with the Matthew's at Bicycle Outfitters Indy. Greg was passionate about biking and really enjoyed the camaraderie the bicycling community offered. Greg is survived by his daughter's Jacquelyn Marie Ballinger and Valerie Renee Ballinger, Indianapolis, IN; mother Nancy Ballinger, Cape Canaveral, FL; Rick King, Rapid City, ND; sister Debbie (Bob) Brizendine; niece Olivia Chase Brizendine; friend Michelle Coy; and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Ernest Ballinger. Greg will be laid to rest with his parents at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Greenwood, IN.
