Haley M. Belcher, 61 of Sun City, Arizona, formerly of Indianapolis passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. She was born to the late Marion and Dorothy Coppess.

Haley loved spending time with her friends and family. She enjoyed gardening, camping, and playing games with loved ones. Haley was a larger than life personality who was sassy and blunt but loved with her whole heart.

Haley was preceded by her parents Marion L. Coppess Sr. & Dorothy M. Miller Coppess. Her brothers Mario J. Speller ( Rosemary Speller) and Marion R. Coppess Jr.(Lottie Coppess) and her sisters Betty J. Beasley (Bill Beasley), Barbara J. Hall (Bob Hall) and nieces and nephews Carolynn Speller, Sandra Beasley, Susan Davis Hicks, Robert Speller, and Paul Beasley.

Haley is survived by her husband of 37 years Michael E. Belcher, her two daughters Codi Oakes (Breanna Oakes) and Cheyenne Inman (Devon Inman) and her stepchildren Terra Callahan (Lee Callahan) and Craig Belcher. Haley is also survived by her Mother-in-Law and Father-in-Law Carol and Gene Belcher. Her surviving grandchildren are Starr Callahan, Caleb Callahan, and Myles Oakes and great grandchild Kaleah Patton. Her surviving siblings are Dorothy “Dottie” A.(Ozzie) Stamm, Carolyn “Susie” (Bill) Davis, David (Leah) Coppess, Kathy Belcher and Kimber Kiesler. Nephews/Nieces: Mary Sue Speller, Patricia Speller, Dorothy Speller, Darren Thomas, Toni Thomas, Vikki Barron, Jason Stamm, Casey Allen, Marian “Sissy” R. Coppess , Scott Bowling, Adam Bowling, Shannon Bowling, Billie Davis III, Bryan Coppess, Brent Coppess, Breana Coppess, Kindra Rodriguez, Sharla Pettycrew, Skylar Pettycrew, Christopher Choate and Dustin (Lily) Choate Olarte and numerous great- nephews and nieces and great great nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 2, 2026 from 4 to 8 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. A funeral service will be Friday, April 3, 2026 at 11 am at the funeral home. Haley will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
