Harry Gordon Rice, 68, of Indianapolis passed away on January 31, 2011. He was born in Banner, KY. to the late Shirley and Elizabeth Rice. Harry was a Sergeant in the United States Air Force, and served his country proudly. Harry retired from Banquet Dairy after 32 years of service. Harry was preceded in death by one sister, Audrey Lowe. Survivors include his loving wife, Dorothy Rice; one son, Harry Rice Jr. (Nancy); two daughters, Pamela Madden (Michael), Lori Mangrum (Terry); six sisters, Jean Hamilton (Harry L.), Shirley Davis (John), Ruby, Amanda, Barbara, Debbie Rice; and nine grandchildren. Family and friends will gather in Forest Lawn Funeral Home on Sunday, February 6, 2011 from 2PM until 6PM with a service on Monday at 1PM also in the funeral home.
