Hattie “Pat” Pearl Luckett, Indianapolis, IN, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2026. She was 95 years old. Pat was born in Penrod, KY, to her parents Marvin and Alpha Evans. Pat married her husband, Jesse Luckett, in 1948, and they shared 29 years of marriage together until Jesse passed away in 1977.

Pat worked as a Manager for RCA Records and retired in 1991 after 43 years of service. Pat was a member of Villa Baptist Church with her family for 68 years. Pat enjoyed participating in several bowling leagues throughout her life; she played for RCA’s team and also played on teams with her family. Pat was also a talented musician and played piano beautifully in her free time. Pat was a wonderful cook and leaves behind memories of her delicious banana pudding with homemade ice cream. Pat enjoyed spending time with her family whenever she had the chance. Pat will be dearly missed and forever cherished by those she leaves behind.

Pat is survived by her children, Jesse (Kathleen) Luckett, Lynn Taylor, and DeWayne “Steve” (Jenny) Luckett; her several grandchildren; her several great grandchildren; her several nieces and nephews.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Patricia Luckett; her 2 siblings. Darrell Evans and Joyce Howard.

A visitation for Pat will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The funeral service will be on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 1:00 pm. Burial will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens at 2:00 pm.
