Helen Jean Gish, 88, of New Whiteland passed away April 15, 2015. Born January 26, 1927 in Stilesville, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Wiley and Mary E. (Burnett) Broadstreet.
She married Arthur Sanders in 1951, he preceded her in death. She then married Rudy Gish in 1986. He too preceded her in death.
Helen was a cafeteria worker for Brown County Schools, retiring in 1986. She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church in Indianapolis. She is survived by four daughters, Bonnie (Ronald) Brink and Donna (James) Dunbar, Carolyn Baugh, and Emma Ruth Smith twelve grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and several great - great grandchildren. She is also preceded in death by a daughter, Clara Hanley; two brothers, James and George Broadstreet. Funeral Services will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday, April 18, 2015 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South S.R. 135, Greenwood, IN 46143. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to; Calvary Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Stilesville Cemetery.
