Helen Louise Sommers, age 95, of Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday at her residence. She was born August 14, 1914 in Indianapolis to Harry B. and Carrie L. (Schray) Miller and they preceded her in death, as well as one son, Lester Sommers and two daughters; Carolyn Sommers in infancy and Anita Rutherford. Helen was a seamstress at W.H. Block for many years and was a tailor in Florida later in life. She was a member of St. Timothy Episcopal Church. Surviving Helen are her son, Robert "Bob" (Judy) Sommers, 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 8 1/2 great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Sunday, April 11 at 3:00PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home with visitation from 1:00 to 3:00PM.
