Hiley S. Bow, 83 of Indianapolis passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. She was born to the late Willard and Dezzie Hoots.

Hiley loved being with her grandchildren and reading her Bible.

Hiley is survived by her longtime companion Carl Shepherd; four children Jim (Sharon) Bow, Barbara (Joe) Rngham, Teresa (Bill) Workinger and Scott (Michelle) Bow; 13 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and two siblings Mary Bow and Willard "Will" Hoots, Jr. She is proceeded in death by her parents; her husband James Bow, a son Tim Bow and four siblings Alice Merida, Alva Hoots, John Hoots and Martha Back.

A visitation will be Tuesday, April 28, 2026 from 10:00 am until the time of service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Hiley will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
