Hugh Sanders Tomey passed away February 25, 2020.  He was born March 31, 1932 to Bill and Ruth (Sanders) Tomey in Martinsville, Indiana.  Hugh proudly served our great country during the Korean War in the United States Airforce.  He successfully worked for Ford Motor Company for 40 years, advancing throughout his career (which instilled his love of historic cars into his son).  Mr. Tomey was a member of the Historic Auto Club of Indiana. Hugh raised a family that he was so proud of. He loved to hunt and fish. Hugh is survived by his son, Kenneth (Debbie) Tomey; daughter, Nancy (John) Hickey; brothers, Keith Tomey, Homer (Ann) Tomey, Russel (Carolyn) Tomey and Stephen Tomey; sisters, Linda Barnett and Brenda Warthen; grandchildren Trisha Tomey-Brown, Brittany Hickey-Cronrath, Zachary Tomey, Jacob Tomey, Samantha Hickey-Peltola; 4 great-grandchildren; and special friends Joe & Mary Egenolf, Allen & Albi Distler, Jim & Nancy O'Neal, Dr. Don & Temple Laurr and brother-in-law Allen Walker.  He was preceded in death by "The most wonderful woman that God ever put on the face of this earth" Doris Laverne Aderson-Tomey; brothers; Horace Tomey, Herman Tomey, and David Tomney; and sisters Mary Ellen Savage and Betty Walker.
