Ineta Cummings, 66, of Greenwood passed away November 8, 2012 at her residence. She was born September 19, 1946 in Scottsville, Kentucky to the late Edward and Lillian (Brown) Marsh.

Ineta was a factory worker for Elaine Bryant and served proudly in the Indiana National Guard for ten years. She was a member of the Englewood Order of The Eastern Star, Chapter #483, and a member of Christ Our Sheppard Church in Greenwood.

She married Herbert Jack Cummings in 1991, he survives. Other survivors include her step-mother, Ruby Marsh and five sisters.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, November 12, 2012, 1:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Greenwood. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 11, 2012 at the funeral home. There will be an Eastern Star Memorial service Sunday at 7:00 p.m.
