Irene "Ann" Clark went to be with the Lord March 25th after a struggle with her health.  Ann was born March 23, 1943 in Washington, Indiana to Herbert Taylor and Wanda (Eubanks) Taylor.  She married the love of her life, Gerald E. Clark, on December 8th 1973. She was a member of Friedens United Church of Christ and always welcomed people into their home in their time of need.  She met Gary at Methodist Hospital where she held a career as a nurse for more than 30 years where she worked in many different areas from working with babies and children when she started and finished in the dialysis unit.  She retired from Methodist in 2003.  Ann and Gary enjoyed traveling and visited many places including Hawaii, Florida, Missouri and many others.
Ann was preceded in death by her mother and father, Herbert and Wanda along with her brother, Robert Taylor and sister, Nancy Peterman.  She is survived by her husband Gerald "Gary" Clark a sister in law, Joyce Taylor, a brother in law, Kenny Peterman, a niece, Lori (Greg) Bradley, and nephews Michael (Jennifer) Taylor, Jim Peterman, Doug (Ashlee Hamilton) Peterman and Chuck (Dana) Peterman and several great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
There will be a visitation for Ann at Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1977 S SR 135, Greenwood, IN, 46143) on Saturday April 1, 2023 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, April 1, 2023 led by Pastor Marc Hayden at 1:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. The burial be be Monday, April 3, 2023 at 11:00 am at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
