Jack L. Curtis, age 73 of Indianapolis, died at 6:12pm on Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. Born, January 1, 1936 in Tompkinsville, Kentucky, he was the son of Roy Worth and Martha Ree "Humes" Curtis, who preceded him in death. On July 28, 1983, he married Hazel Webb at his home in Indianapolis. Jack is a member of Masonic Lodge #69 of Mooresville. He is survived by his wife, sons Steve (Laurie) Cobian, Cobi (Margie) Cobian and Tobi (Amy) Cobian; Daughters Vickie New and Mary (Chris) Stafford and one sister, Betty Fisher. Jack also had 13 grandchildren, Jason, Jeremy, Christopher, Cameron, Brent, Brad, Stevie, Mikey, Torie, Hayden, Cole, Sophie and Jackson and then 5 great-greandchildren, Sarah, Zachary, Donovan, Seth and Tori. Nephew Erik Carroll and niece, Anita Smith. Services will be Friday, March 6th at 1:00pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46143. Visitation will be2 hours prior at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
