Jack O. Fogleman, 80, passed away November 1, 2013 at his Indianapolis residence. The son of Orrin Kirk Fogleman and Thelma McBride Frazier, Jack was born February 3, 1933 in Indiana.
Jack retired from Allisons (Plant 5) as an inside truck driver. He was a member of the Concord Senior Citizens Center, United Auto Workers Local #933, the Independent Wrestling Association, was a stockcar driver at Raceway Park, bowled in a league with Allisons and enjoyed being a backyard mechanic.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy J. Baker Fogleman of Indianapolis; children, Jill (Steven) Turley of Indianapolis, Shirley Caine of Indianapolis, Jackie (Rick) Johnson of Fairland and Marty (Rhonda) Fogelman of Lawrence; brother, Gene (Susie) Fogleman of Cayuga; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren. Besides his parents and step-parents, Jack was preceded in death by daughter, Terri Fogleman.
Services 1:00 p.m. November 6, 2013 in Forest Lawn Funeral Home - 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, where friends may call after 11:00 a.m. Burial in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Greenwood.
