Jacqueline J. Mathews, 77, of Greenwood passed away June 15, 2017. She was born July 23, 1939 to Loyd and Mary (Lockridge) Coffman, both preceding her in death.

Jacqueline attended Spiceland Academy where she was the president of her graduating class in 1957, and she was also a girls state representative in 1957. Jacqueline was a member of the board of directors and an officer of Mid America Health Incorporated and enjoyed traveling and shopping.

She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, William Mathews; son, William Jason (Mary) Mathews; daughter, Kristin (Patrick) Murphy; brother, Loyd Thomas Coffman; sister, Judith Harrison and grandchildren, Tanner Murphy, Geneva Mathews, Ty Murphy, Meleah Murphy and Rolan Fritz.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 19 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm in Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Rd. 135, Greenwood. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 20 at 10:00 am, also in the funeral home.
