James Kelly Reeves, Indianapolis, passed away on Monday, July 28, 2025. He was 64 years old. James was born in Indianapolis, IN to his parents, Robert and Carole Reeves. He attended Manual High School. James married his wife, Michelle Renee Reeves, on May 19, 1990, and they shared 38 years together.
James loved working as a Bartender and retired after years of service. James enjoyed going fishing, playing poker, and watching NASCAR. He was family oriented and enjoyed making people laugh. James never met a stranger and will be dearly missed by those he leaves behind.
James is survived by his wife, Michelle Reeves; his son, James Kelly Reeves Jr; his grandchildren, Skylar Reeves, Jackson Reeves, and Aiden Reeves; his siblings, Joe White and Michael (Jacqueline) Reeves; his several nieces and nephews.
James is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Amber Nicole Tolan; his sister-in-law, Kathy White.
A graveside service for James will be announced at a later date.
