Janet Marie (Mock) Jones, 74, of Greenwood, went home to be with the Lord November 10, 2020.  She was born April 30, 1946 in Durham, North Carolina to Wesley and Jewel (Walton) Mock.

Janet loved the Lord and her late husband, Noah, with all her heart.  Together they raised two lovely daughters, Sandi and Jewel.  When Janet wasn't at church worshipping the Lord, she enjoyed playing cards and crocheting.  She was sweet and kind and anyone could see the Holy Spirit shining through her.  Janet loved her family dearly and will be greatly missed.

Janet will forever be remembered by her daughters, Sandi Thigpen,  and Jewel and Justin Glassman; grandchildren, Terri, Matthew, Noah and Jachin; great grandchildren, Olivia and Thomas; many nieces and nephews; and many friends.

In addition to her parents and her dear husband, Noah, Janet was preceded in death by her 3 brothers.

Family will receive friends Friday, November 13 from 4:30pm - 6:30pm at Suburban Baptist Church, 722 E County Line Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46227, with service to follow at 6:30pm; officiated by Pastor Ford Glover.  Forest Lawn Funeral Home has had the privilege to serve the Jones family.
