Janet Lee Webb, Indianapolis, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2023. She was 82 years old. Janet was born in Jeffersonville, IN to her parents Everett Wayne Puckett and Juneith Bessie Puckett.
Janet worked a variety of jobs throughout her life. Most notably, she was a waitress and a teacher's assistant. Janet was a member of Traders Point Church of Christ. Janet enjoyed watching sports and spending time with her family and friends. She was a wonderful cook and baker and leaves behind a coveted oatmeal cake recipe for her loved ones. Janet's outgoing nature and willingness to share her opinions will be dearly missed by those she leaves behind.
Janet is survived by her children, Michael Webb, Chris Webb, Matthew Webb and Jennifer Webb; her several grandchildren; her siblings, Mike Puckett, Sue Puckett, and Doris Peck; several nieces and nephews.
Janet is preceded in death by her parents.
The graveside service for Janet will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens on Friday, July 21, 2023 at 1:00 pm. The family will gather at the funeral home at 12:45 pm and there will be a procession from the funeral home to the graveside service. Burial will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
