Janice L. Skirvin, 73, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away Sunday , April 3, 2016. She was born January 19, 1943 in Madison, IN.

Survived by three sons, David (Joyce) Skirvin, Darrell (Dawn) Skirvin, and Michael (Jeanne) Jones; two daughters, Cathy (Randy) Howard and Deanna (Matthew) Gault; 11 Grandchildren; Josh, Jake, Jared, Courtney and Payton Skirvin, Corey and Katie Howard and Logan and Brendan Gault, Emily and Adam Jones, and 4 Great-Grandchildren; Maverick Skirvin and Riley, Noah and Grayson Jones. She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Kenneth B. Skirvin, and mother, Nellie K. Brooks.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South S.R. 135, Greenwood, IN. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society
