Jayla Nicole Doxley came into the world on July 23, 2023 and passed peacefully in the arms of her family on July 24, 2023.
Jayla was the daughter of Charles Doxley Jr. and Paige Schlomer of Avon, IN.
Jayla gave us a lifetime of love during her short time on earth. She brought immense joy and strength to her family and had the heart of a fighter until her sun had set.
She is survived by her parents, Charles Doxley Jr and Paige Schlomer; grandparents, Kim and Cody Schlomer, Lasheena and Charles Doxley Sr, Lakendra and Jetaun Martin; great grandparents, Byron Edwards, Cynthia Wheeler Edwards, Larry and Janet Wooldridge, Delvin Schlomer; many aunts and uncles.
She is preceded in death by her great grandmother, JoAnn Schlomer.
The graveside service for Jayla will be on Monday August 7th, 2023 at 1:00 pm. The family will gather at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens Ben Franklin Mausoleum Chapel  (1977 S SR 135, Greenwood, IN, 46143) by 12:45 pm prior to the service. Entombment will immediately follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
