Jean Eleanor Holmstrom Dayment, passed away peacefully in Greenwood, Indiana, on March 13 after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease. Predeceased by her cherished husband Burton; loving mother of Constance McManus and Richard; mother-in-law of Thomas and Lu Anne; grandmother of Christopher, Daniel, and Peter Gross; Paul, Melissa, and Charles Dayment. She was born on September 17, 1924, raised in Chicago and raised her family in Niles, Illinois. Jean was an active member of her church, Jefferson Park Lutheran Church. Family will receive friends at 12 noon with a memorial service being held at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135, Greenwood, IN 46143 at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 21.
