Jeffrey Bruner, Sr. 57, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on Monday, August 29, 2011. He was born in Indianapolis to Omar Bruner and the late Joanne Harris. Jeff was employed by the State of Indiana as a Computer Programmer for thirty-two years. He enjoyed fishing, going to Starbucks, and watching the history channel. Mostly Jeff enjoyed his family and spent all of his free time with them. Jeff and his wife Liz were members of Christ the King Catholic Church. Survivors include his loving wife, Liz Bruner; one son, Jeffrey Bruner, Jr (Valerie); one daughter, Angie Brown (Darrell); one brother, Christopher Bruner (Cindy); one sister, Suzanne Schafer (Ron); three grandchildren, Alexis Combs, Jalynne and Brayden Bruner; six nieces and nephews. Family and friends will gather in Forest Lawn Funeral Home on Friday, September 2, 2011 at 11:00 AM for a funeral service.
