Jerry L. Shook, 58 of Mooresville, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022. She was born to James and Vesta Fields.

Jerry is survived by her husband George Shook; children Jenette, Jeremy, Janice, Jordan and James; 10 grandchildren; two sisters Carole (Rex) and Mary (John) and a brother Jim (Brenda) Fields.

Visitation be on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 11:00 AM until the time of service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be a Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
