Jessie M. Holycross, age 82 of Indianapolis, died on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital, Beech Grove. She was born October 20, 1926 in Marion, N.C. to Thurlow and Mabel (Buchanan) Elliott. She was married to Earl Eugene Holycross who preceded her in death. She retired from RCA after 34 years of service. Jessie is survived by one son, Johnny Holycross and two daughters, Sharon (Jerry) Kramer and Rita Holycross; one brother, Paul Elliott; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Services will be at 1:00 pm Friday, March 13th at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1977 South State Road 135 in Greenwood. Visitation will be for one hour prior to service. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
